• People often feel like they've got to have it all figured out to come to church. The truth is, none of us have it all together.
• Each one of us is at a different place in the journey. Only the Word of God can judge!

• Diversity is found at LABOR OF THE FIELD - You'll see folks dressed in blue jeans, casual clothes, dresses and even the occasional suit and tie.
• Our worship services offer a variety of styles: sometimes its high-energy music and a full band, and sometimes traditional hymns and old-time worship. 
• You might find LABOR OF THE FIELD to be different than any other church you've been to - you may find yourself sitting next to the men we have in our recovery program.
  
• Love is a powerful thing. God loves us so much that we can’t resist loving others.
• Part of our service to God is reaching out to the community! 
• We encourage everyone to explore serving in areas in which they’ve never served.
• Volunteering at LABOR OF THE FIELD is unique and rewarding.
• Each one of us, including our leadership, has suffered major hurts, habits, and hang-ups and are daily trusting in the power of Jesus Christ for healing and deliverance. 
• Donating to LABOR OF THE FIELD (whether time or money) is giving to a ministry truly dedicated to seeing the community changed.

TEACHING THE LOVE OF JESUS TO THE NEXT GENERATION

Field Kids

This department provides Christian Education in a fun and exciting  setting to youth of all ages, under the direction of our Youth & Family Services Director, Clarissa Brydie.

Weekly Field Kids activities include:

• Christian curriculum
• Arts & crafts
• Bible study & memorization
• Games
• Dance 
• Theater
• Community service
• and much more.

The youth at LABOR OF THE FIELD are involved in a safe and fun environment. 

They are encouraged to seek the Lord for salvation and healing.

All youth ministry leaders attend a Christian based  training program and a background check prior to working  with our youth.

We are actively seeking qualified, inspired volunteers to work with our youth.
